井蓋行業(yè)的“老國標”“老行標”對井蓋產(chǎn)品有關技術,、功能、檢驗等規(guī)定已經(jīng)不能滿足依托物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術產(chǎn)生的智能井蓋管理需求,，且有關安全的技術指標級別偏低,。制定頒發(fā)與智慧城市和井蓋智能化數(shù)字化相適應的智能井蓋地方標準，可實現(xiàn)井蓋智能化管理,，確保井蓋安全的關鍵,。

起草標準單位金龍智造科技有限公司副總經(jīng)理介紹，智能檢查井蓋采用了通信,、衛(wèi)星定位,、密碼、電子等技術，來實現(xiàn)檢查井蓋的防盜,、定位,、預警、身份識別,、自動開閉合等功能,，還可做到全程可追溯。目前,，該公司生產(chǎn)的液壓井蓋已推向市場,，在長沙投入使用。

湖南省質(zhì)監(jiān)局介紹,，從今年5月20日起,，智能井蓋需按照《智能檢查井蓋通用規(guī)范》的標準進行生產(chǎn)和檢驗。
